LAST CALL TO ARTISTS

The Writers Place is seeking original art pieces to show in our Library Gallery beginning in January. This is a way for you, the visual artist, to promote your work and at the same time support the future of The Writers Place.

All media of art accepted, but think small. Two dimensional pieces should be no larger than 6 inches in any direction. All shapes are accepted. Sculptures should be no taller than 6 inches.

Because we are The Midwest Center for Literary Arts, we would like the works to orbit thematically around the literary—whether that translates into a literary figure, book, poem, literary event, famous narrative, or language itself, we ask that the work reference the literary. Works made from deconstructed books/literary material are also welcome.

Price of pieces are left to the artist. ($25-$60) TWP will get 30% of sale.

Contact Chell Navarro at chell@writersplace.org, subject line:
