Veterans Writing Workshop: Writer's Critique and Point of View

  • Kansas City public Library - Plaza Branch 4801 Main Street Kansas City, MO, 64112 United States (map)

Bring a piece of writing, prose or poetry, and a group of veterans will review it to determine your starting point. If you don’t have a first piece, don’t worry. Come to learn about creating a meaningful critique that will help your fellow vets improve their work. We’ll also learn about crafting Point of View. Participants will enjoy instructor and group discussion of Point of View, using video clips from movies about past wars.

Lunch will be provided.

To learn more and register, visit:  kclibrary.org/vetswrite.  The number of participants is limited, so register today.
