Emily Geminder’s short stories and essays have appeared in American Short Fiction, Prairie Schooner, The Mississippi Review, Witness, Hobart, and elsewhere. She is a recipient of a 2015 AWP Intro Journals Award and is currently a Durwood Fellow at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Sandra Marchetti is the author of Confluence, a debut full-length collection of poetry from Sundress Publications. Eating Dog Press also published an illustrated edition of her essays and poetry, A Detail in the Landscape, and her first volume, The Canopy, won Midwest Writing Center's Mississippi Valley Chapbook Contest. Sandy won Second Prize in Prick of the Spindle's 2014 Poetry Open and was a finalist for Gulf Coast’s Poetry Prize. Jo McDougall’s latest books of poetry include DirtSatisfied With Havoc, and a chapbook, Under an Arkansas Sky.  She’s recently completed a book-length manuscript of poems (soon published by Tavern), and a New and Selected Poems (Arkansas).  Awards and recognition have come from the MacDowell Colony, the DeWitt Wallace/Readers Digest Foundation and the Academy of American Poets.  She works as a mentor/editor for poets and writers and lives in Arkansas.
