The Riverfront Reading Series presents writers Joe Benevento and Eve Ott.
Joe Benevento teaches creative writing and American literature at Truman State University, where he is also the longtime co-editor of the Green Hills Literary Lantern. His poems, stories and essays have appeared in about 300 places, including: Bilingual Review, Rockhurst Review, Poets & Writers and Inkwell. He has published nine books of poetry and fiction, most recently the poetry chapbook “Tough Guys Don’t Write,” with Finishing Line Press and the mystery novel The Monsignor’s Wife with Moonshine Cove.
